Susan J. Chmura, M.Ed., is an accomplished educator with over 36 years of experience supporting and empowering neurodiverse learners. Holding a Master of Education in Special Education, Susan has dedicated her career to fostering inclusive learning environments where every student can achieve success.
Throughout her extensive career, Susan has worked with students across a wide range of abilities and needs, specializing in individualized instruction, behavioral intervention, and differentiated learning strategies. Her expertise lies in understanding the unique cognitive, social, and emotional profiles of neurodiverse students and designing effective, compassionate approaches that promote both academic and personal growth.
Her work reflects a deep belief in the potential of every learner and the importance of creating classrooms that celebrate diversity and nurture confidence.
In addition to her direct teaching experience, Susan has served as a mentor to fellow educators, helping to shape best practices in special education and inclusive teaching.
