Qian is a passionate special education advocate, trained by the Federation for Children with Special Needs. Inspired by her own journey as a parent of a neurodiverse child, she has supported over 100 families in securing better school services so their children can thrive.

She is honored to be the co-founder of AllStars Learning Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to social life skills development for neurodivergent children and teens. She is committed to creating joyful, empowering opportunities where every child—regardless of ability—can shine.
