Qian Zhuang holds a master’s degree and is a finance professional with a strong background in corporate financial planning and data analytics. She currently works at a top construction management firm, where she contributes to streamlining financial reporting processes, improving accuracy and consistency, and analyzing costs to support better cost management and decision-making — leveraging various data tools to deliver actionable insights.

Qian is also a passionate special education advocate, trained by the Federation for Children with Special Needs. Inspired by her own journey as a parent of a neurodiverse child, she has supported over 100 families in securing better school services so their children can thrive.

She is honored to be the co-founder of AllStars Learning Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to social life skills development for neurodiverse children and teens. She is committed to creating joyful, empowering opportunities where every child—regardless of ability—can shine.
